My new Amp

GHD AmpTHD amp quoteRecently I bought a new Amp.  Not really the intention, but once I played it I just had to have it! (sound familiar?) It is a T.H.D. Univalve, Class A, 15 Watts, LOUD for 15 watts and good for playing the Bars and Clubs.  Not only that, but awesome for recording.  I use it with my Marshall TV Cab, 25 Watt Celestion Greenbacks.

I also bought a Guitar.  It’s an Epihone re-issue of a ’57 Flying Vee.  Since I got it, it has taken on a few changes.  The Pickups are an Air Norton in the neck, Steve Special (Dimarzio) in the bridge.  The neck pickup has a switch for series/parallel operation.  I built a new pick guard for it and the control cavity is shielded and grounded.  I also built a new Truss Rod cover for it.  Customising is a good option to get the guitar you need!

I am pleased to say I am building a custom guitar for Sharne (Just One Fix, Maskara).  It will be a Vee, same as GW1, but with Floyd Rose Trem and will be of neck-through construction.  This will be an awesome guitar and will keep you posted as it happens!
